Originally from South Dakota, Taylor Fenner is a soprano based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who has appeared with Opera Arlington as the Fairy (Cinderella) and her upcoming debut as the Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute). On the operatic stage, she has recently performed as Yvette/Georgette (La Rondine), Sherry (That Hell-bound Train), the titular role in Alcina, Micaëla (Carmen), Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), Ida (Die Fledermaus), Sophia (The Ransom of Sophia), and Celié (Signor Deluso). 

A passionate concert soloist and choral performer, she has had the pleasure of performing with many choral and orchestral ensembles including the Dallas Bach Society, Osanna Chamber Ensemble, Heri et Hodie, Bach Ensemble of Saint Thomas, and the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra in performances of Mozart’s Requiem, Bach’s Magnificat, Oster-Oratorium, Mass in B Minor, Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme, Handel’s Dixit Dominus, Messiah, and Vivaldi’s Gloria. Taylor received her Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of North Texas and completed her bachelor studies at Augustana University.

Kelsey Korman, mezzo-soprano, is a versatile artist who has performed in operas, musicals, and  jazz ensembles throughout her career. Praised by Dallas Theatre Journal for her comedic timing, Kelsey brings her unique and humorous perspective to each and every  character she portrays. Her operatic roles include Armelinde (Cendrillon) and Turnspit (Rusalka) with Opera Arlington, Prince Orlofsky (Die Fledermaus) and the title role of Amahl and the Night Visitors with Music On Site, Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro) and the title role of The Little Prince with Red River Lyric Opera, Papagena (Die Zaberflöte) with Music Ministry Conservatory, and Zita (Gianni Schicchi) and Kate Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly) with UNT Opera. On the musical theatre stage, her recent performances include Mary McDonnell (National Pastime) with McKinney Repertory Theatre, Irene Molloy (Hello, Dolly!) with Sherman Community Players, Jack’s Mother (Into The Woods) with North Texas Performing Arts, and Milly Pontipee (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) with Love Your City Theater. Kelsey had the pleasure of making her choreographer debut this year, choreographing the dances for the new musical National Pastime, which premiered in North Texas at McKinney Repertory Theatre this October. She is also the music director for Love Your City Theater, a local community theater located in Cedar Hill, Texas. Kelsey holds a Master of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of North Texas. 

Tenor Dylan Elza, a native of Dallas, Texas has recently performed with The Dallas Opera as Giuseppe in La Traviata and with Opera Arlington as Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni) and Prince Charming (Cinderella). Other professional mainstage roles include: Gherardo in Gianni Schicchi with Opera on the James, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast with The Firehouse Theater, Frankenstein in Love at First Fright with Six Flags Over Texas, Officer in Ariadne auf Naxos with the Lakes Area Music Festival, Cop in Cradle Will Rock with Opera Saratoga, and Messenger in Aida with Virginia Opera.

During his two years with Virginia Opera, Dylan made a number of noteworthy appearances such as: Thug #1 in Il Postino, Dave in Breaking, F.B.I. Agent in An American Dream, Don Ramiro (cover) in La Cenerentola, Pablo Neruda (cover) in Il Postino, Spoletta (cover) in Tosca, Goro (cover) in Madama Butterfly, and Nemorino (outreach and cover) in L'elisir d'amore. Dylan has performed with other notable companies including: Florida Grand Opera, Central City Opera, Fort Worth Opera, Opera Saratoga, Charlottesville Opera, and the Seagle Music Colony. Dylan graduated with his master’s degree in music from Boston Conservatory.

Isaac Carlin is an operatic baritone based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who has been heard with Opera Arlington in the roles of Escamillo (Carmen) and Peter (Hänsel und Gretel). In 2024, Isaac travelled to southern France to perform the role of Papageno (Die Zauberflöte) with Opéra Bastide where he performed the role in the medieval French dialect of Occitan. In 2023, he performed as Escamillo (Carmen) with the University of North Texas Opera, singing the role in French, English and Spanish. Isaac recently performed the title role in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi with UNT Opera, Schaunard (La bohème) in concert with the Sherman Symphony Orchestra and Sacristan (Tosca) with the UNT Symphony Orchestra. Upcoming roles include Wotan in a reduced version of Wagner’s Die Walküre with the Berlin Dramatic Voices Program. Isaac is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of North Texas studying under the tutelage of Stephen Morscheck.

Astrid Morales Torres is an internationally-recognized Mexican pianist whose extraordinary performances have been appreciated by audiences around the world, including the United States, Europe, Mexico and Latin America. As a passionate piano pedagogue, she also serves as Adjunct Professor of Piano and Piano Pedagogy at The University of Texas at Arlington. Winner of the 2022 Puerto Rico Center for Collaborative Piano - Professional Division, Astrid has been awarded several prizes and scholarships including the Actos de Confianza Grant from the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures 2021, the 2014 General Concerto Competition at the Meadows School of the Arts in Dallas, TX, the 2011 Youth Mexican Prize, Grand Prix to Exceptional Talents and Best Interpretation of Mexican Music at the 2nd National Piano Competition “Petrof – Symphony – Pearl River”. In 2021, she was recognized as a Kawai Medallion Educator. Astrid has had an intensive soloist career and has performed with orchestras and conductors such as: Mexico State Symphony Orchestra (Enrique Bátiz, Virgilio Valle and Gabriela Díaz Alatriste), Querétaro Philharmonic (José Guadalupe Flores), Meadows Symphony Orchestra (Paul Phillips), Nuevo León University Symphony (Eduardo Diazmuñoz), Mexico City Philharmonic (José Areán), National Polytechnic Institute Symphony Orchestra (Alfredo Ibarra and Enrique Barrios), Aguascalientes Symphony (Stephano Mazzoleni), Las Colinas Symphony (Robert Carter Austin), Women’s Orchestra of Arizona (Livia Gho), among many others. She is the Executive Director of Pedagogy at the Piano Industry Professionals and Producers Conference and is an active committee member of the following: Binational Cultural Forum of Mexican Artists, National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy, Arizona State Music Teachers Association, Dallas Music Teachers Association and the Puerto Rico Center for Collaborative Piano.
